In January, I spoke about process queues at NYC’s CTO School Meetup. Disappointed with how I’d seen software development processes (even “agile” ones) fail in practice, I turned to Don Reinertsen’s Principles of Product Development Flow. The book is dense, and it’s not easy to see how to apply its concepts practically. My talk related the concepts in the book to real problems we’ve faced at GameChanger.
